● Creative Space
The Sewing Room
The Sewing Room at Community Support Services is a hive of creativity and social connection.
We currently run two seperate programmes which teach sewing skills and provide paid work to support families.
Whilst sewing acts as a focal point for connection, we provide wrap-around support that aids personal development, professional pathways and wellbeing such as English lessons, financial literacy and digital skills sessions. You can find out more about these programmes below.
On days where programs are not running, the space is open for members to use, meet friends and practice their skills.
